We want you to love your My Urban Trail gear, but if it's not the perfect fit for your next adventure, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
